How to be comfortable and confident in your own body?

This is one of the most important tips when it comes to confidence. How? I will explain it to you.

For example: When we meet someone or go to some type of gathering, we notice how people are looking right? And if someone’s hair is not clean or body odour is bad, these things make a bad impression. If somehow, we notice something unhygienic about ourselves at some party our confidence goes down automatically. It is a basic thing that can really help you in presenting yourself confidently. 


©Don’t forcefully go with the trend

Nowadays there are so many different types of trends going on and sometimes we follow the trend because of comparison, competition or to gain followers. But doing trends just for these reasons is not healthy because you are mentally pressurizing yourself which can be very harmful to your mental health. If you are not feeling comfortable or good in doing the trend then don’t. STOP putting pressure on yourself and follow the trends which you feel like doing or it makes you really happy. It’s a fun thing, so do it for enjoyment, don’t be like you have to complete this chapter.

Who thinks they are not good-looking or confident about themselves then this tip is for you, do read it carefully. Society has judged you on your appearance from your childhood and now because of it you also think the same about yourself. This negative mindset about yourself can be changed, I have a solution which is “AFFIRMATION”. Trust me this works like a magic. You can go on YouTube and search for self-love affirmations or confidence affirmations. Start doing it right away and see the change.

It’s a basic tip, try different types of styles on yourself. If you wear plain or formal clothes then go with some printed designs clothes. Don’t be too adventurous with the experiment start with small changes like clothes, nail paints, footwear, etc. Apply this, it is the best way to feel more confident and comfortable in your body.
